Terrazas de Punta Fuego

In 1995, ROXACO Land Corporation and Landco Pacific Corporation joined ventures to create the Philippines’ first residential resort. Modeled after Miami’s Fisher Island, an exclusive island residence for America’s richest, the 88-hectare flame-shaped Peninsula de Punta Fuego started development into a similarly exclusive enclave.

Terrazas de Punta Fuego followed suit in 1998. Originally part of the Pedrosa and Puyat estates, Terrazas is a 61-hectare property which enjoys a full view of the surrounding mountains.

Punta Fuego, which means “point of fire” in Spanish, is the most prized property of the Roxas Family Estate in Nasugbu, Batangas. It is a world-class community that showcases 12 beach coves, a six-kilometer coastline, and white sand beaches. It is one of only three land masses protruding from Nasugbu into the South China Sea. Despite meticulously preserving its natural beauty, the enclave boasts modern facilities, services, and amenities.

In response to the members’ demands for marina services, the Punta Fuego Yacht Club was finished in 2006. All these make up what is known as Club Punta Fuego, an exclusive community for quiet and peaceful living.

To accommodate its exclusive guests, Club Punta Fuego presents bright and airy rooms with a balcony. Its air-conditioned suite and villas have a satellite TV and safe. The rooms come with a private bathroom that is decorated with a view of a garden.

The exclusive club also offers three restaurants and two infinity pools—one double-infinity and another single-infinity at the lower beach. Only 45 minutes away from Tagaytay City and two hours from Manila, it is readily available to residents of the south who want to get away from the hectic pace of city life.

Here, guests will be greeted by recreational facilities like a spa and wellness centre to keep them relax. They can also enjoy sports activities, and can even pray in the resort’s in-house chapel. They will also be treated with international delicacies when they dine at San Diego Restaurant, Café Sol, and Il Jardineto.

With its marriage of the land’s natural beauty and the convenience of modern facilities, the place is also perfect for celebrating a wedding in bliss.

Club Punta Fuego is operated by Fuego Hotels and Properties, which promises world-class standards and expertise in catering to their members and guests. Visit their official website here.

  1. Hi! Good morning!

Just wanted to inquire how much is the entrance fee for overnight stay and how much is an AC couple room? Thank you.
